Table of Content
Supplier & Exporter of ASTM A312/A249 TP 321 Round Pipe (UNS S32100-SEAMLESS/WELDED/ERW/EFW)
Our experts also maintain the timeliness in the delivery of both large and small orders to keep the quality at its peak.Tronixalloy.com is a well-known manufacturer and supplier of SS 321 Pipes. As the stabilised stainless steel grade, 321 has many advantages. Even at temperatures between 800 and 1500 degrees Fahrenheit, Stainless Steel 321 Pipe exhibits excellent intergranular corrosion resistance properties. Aside from its high strength and scaling resistance, the steel material is equipped with some great mechanical properties like high strength and scaling resistance. The Stainless Steel 321 Pipe is known for its phase stability and aqueous corrosion-resisting nature. They can withstand temperatures up to 900 degrees Celsius. One of the top 321 stainless steel Pipe suppliers in India, we manufacture high-quality products and deliver them on time.
Stabilised austenitic stainless steel is used in Stainless Steel 321 Pipe, which is similar to the grade 304. The titanium content is higher and the carbon content is almost five times higher. As a result of its unique composition, 321 Exhaust Pipe reduces the precipitation of chromium carbide during welding or high-temperature exposures. Cres 321 Pipe is also resistant to sensitization, making it ideal for places where 304 stainless steel will become sensitised. Our experience as one of the top 321 Pipe suppliers allows us to provide our clients with the best products.
In the country, we are one of the best suppliers and stockists of 321 Stainless Steel Pipe. Our clients can customise the dimensions, shapes, and finishes of the products according to their specifications. In order to meet the needs of our customers, we offer a wide range of products. We ship 321 stainless steel seamless Pipe throughout the country and around the world. Our standard practices prevent SS 321 Seamless Pipe from getting damaged during transportation. The 321 Stainless Welded Pipe is packed in good quality wooden boxes and pallets to ensure safe and timely delivery.
The ASTM A312 TP 321 Round Pipe has many benefits. Due to titanium’s addition to the alloy, this material is stabilised. Therefore, it is more corrosion resistant and less likely to precipitate chromium carbide. As compared to other standard stainless steel grades, 321 UNS S32100 ERW Pipe has higher fatigue and tensile strengths. Due to this, the temperature reduction factor for W.N.R. Square Pipe 1.4541 is also higher. Due to polythionic acids, it can also effectively resist stress corrosion cracking. SA 312 TP 321 Rectangular Pipe can also be easily welded using common techniques. The material would also be more ductile if it was annealed. The AISI 321 Schedule 40 Pipe does not become hard by heat treatment, so cold reduction is the only way to obtain higher properties.
Polished Pipe possesses, it is used in a variety of industries. You would find 1.4541 SS 321 Seamless Pipe in expansion joints, thermal oxidizers, and food processing equipment.

Stainless Steel Pipe 321 corrosion resistance
It is equivalent to Grade 304 in the annealed condition and superior if the weldment has not been post-weld annealed or the application involves temperatures between 425-9000 degrees Celsius. Pitting and crevice corrosion can occur in warm chloride environments, as well as stress corrosion cracking above about 600 degrees Celsius. At ambient temperatures, it is considered resistant to potable water with up to 200mg/L chlorides, reducing to 150mg/L at 600C.
Stainless Steel 321 after heat treatment
The solution treatment (annealing) involves heating the solution to 950-11200C and cooling it rapidly in order to ensure maximum corrosion resistance.
Stabilising –
heat to 870-9000C for 1 hour per 25mm of thickness and air cool. especially recommended for materials annealed at the upper end of the annealing temperature range under most severe service conditions (above 4250C).
Stress Relief –
Heat to 7000C for one to two hours, then air cool. Thermostatically hardening these grades is not possible.
