We, at Tronix Alloy, manufacture JSPL HARD PLATE of world-class quality, and we export these plates to our customers in other countries, as well. Our customers in diverse industries expect plates with various specifications that they need. JSPL HARD PLATE has a variety of properties that are desired in a wide range of industries. They are used in a variety of industries, from the chemical industry to the fertilizer industry to the refinery industry to oil and gas production to mining and marine. Despite its low level of contamination, Jindal Steel Plates have a high purity mark, confirming that they are corrosion resistant. As a result of this, the corrosion effects are reduced. Additionally, the corrosion resistance of the plates can be reduced by applying coatings and separation solutions to the plates. As a result of the application, the plates can be used in a variety of solutions without experiencing corrosion. The JSPL HARD PLATES are used in a wide range of industries and can sustain the harsh conditions of sulfur, chloride, hydrochloride, acetic acid, nitric acid, and other organic acids that are commonly used in chemical and petrochemical industries. Some of these harsh chemicals may even evaporate causing them to be resistant to corrosion.

As well as being resistant to oxidation, these plates show remarkable resistance to the presence of both reducing agents and oxidizing agents. Their strongness in various load-bearing applications has also been widely observed, as well as their high toughness, which is also a remarkable feature of the plates. Due to the fact that the plates are made with high-quality grades, a good property that is also offered to the plates is their high tensile strength. Hence, these are suitable for a wide variety of industries.

There is a mill edge conditioning method for hard plates that takes place on plates in a wide range of thicknesses, widths, and lengths. Also, their tolerance limits are good and they correspond to all ranges of specifications, as well as having the ability to wear. Because of this, they are used widely for a variety of applications, which makes them highly favored. As the name implies, Jindal Stainless Steel Plates are commonly used in shipbuilding, windmills, defense equipment, oil and gas pipelines, railway wagons, pressure vessels, and boilers, as well as in general engineering and flyovers, bridges, and general construction. Moreover, they are suitable for structural fabrication. It is very important to test these plates and this is why we are using them here. These plates are subjected to tests such as hardness, tensile, micro, Charpy, mechanical, and hydrostatic. Additional tests are also conducted on them.

        Corrosion Resistance:

A combination of high purity and a proprietary content of rare-earth rudiments allows ALLIE SUPER MAGNESIUM to decay at an extremely similar rate to corrosion-resistant aluminum alloys in the same quantity. The contamination levels in our process have been reduced to an absolute minimum through our proprietary procedure, thereby alleviating corrosion effects at the lowest possible level. With a combination of coating and separation solutions, it is possible to eliminate galvanic corrosion completely from the parts and containers that are used.

          Testing:

Various test methods can be used to evaluate a product, including hydrostatic testing, mechanical testing, destructive testing, nondestructive testing, hardness testing, tensile testing, positive material testing, micro, macro, flare tests, Charpy tests, chemical tests/ spectroanalysis, and more. There are several types of testing that include intergranular corrosion tests, flattening tests, ultrasonic tests, radiographic tests, pitting decomposition tests, and illustrations checks.

            Documentation:

A commercial invoice, a NABL test report, a specification guide, a fumigation certificate, a packing list, quantity information, and markings plus an MTC report as per EN 10204 3.1/3.2 and a guarantee letter are all necessary documents.

Certificates are issued after legalized mill test reports, quality assurance plans, manufacturers/ambassadors, heat treatment charts, attested certificates by suppliers, and raw material test reports.

              Packaging:

The superiority of our products is something we take extremely seriously. Even the tiniest details are given salaried attention in order to make sure that our products are of the highest standard. We package each order according to the customer’s wishes and prepare it for export, such as wood cases, pallets or in accordance with the customer’s commitments. We provide all shipping documentation to the customer for the release of Carbon Steel Sheets, Plates, and Coils from a mill. We begin every assignment with a visit from one of our knowledgeable sales representatives who assesses the volume/weight of the possessions and briefs the client on all the various aspects of packing and the accompanying documentation and official government procedures which need to be met when moving from India.

Finally, there are the packaging methods used for this equipment – wooden boxes, crates, cartons, cases, spiral wound paper tubes, cores affixed to pallets, individual poles wrapped in stretch film, as well as the pallets themselves.
