Table of Content
We offer stainless steel AISI 415 rods, stainless steel AISI 415 bars, stainless steel AISI 415 flat bars, UNS S41500 round bars, ASTM A276 F6NM square bars, and AISI 415 round bars in Mumbai, India.
Our company stocks and distributes AISI 415 F6NM round bars, AISI 415 F6NM hexagonal bars, SS AISI 415 threaded bars, AISI F6NM round bars at low price, and SS AISI 415 polished bars.
Tronixalloy.com manufactures supplies, and exports high-quality Stainless Steel 321 Round Bars. Alloys are used to make the round bars strong. These bars provide maximum yield strength due to the addition of specific elements. They offer a great deal of impact strength, high strength, and toughness. These bars are used in slightly stress-relieving conditions. Stainless steel bars can be quenched and tempered. These materials have high welding and bending properties. As well as their strength, durability, sturdy finish, and structural stability, round bars are also known for their durability.
We manufacture our bars with tested and suitable materials that provide a durable structure, a flawless design, and superior strength. Various standards, designations, specifications, and custom dimensions are available for these bars. These bars are ideal for high-pressure and critical applications.
We manufacture these bars in non-standard and altered dimensions for industrial critical applications. They are highly resistant to general and local corrosion. Chlorides and halides can also be present in high concentrations in environments containing stainless steel bars. They can withstand high temperatures without deflection. It also performs well in atmospheric corrosive environments.
Grade 321 stainless steel is an austenitic chrome nickel alloy. Although Grade 321 stainless steel is similar to Grade 304 stainless steel, its main difference is that it contains titanium. It Is Highly Recommended That Titanium Be Used For Parts Fabricated Using Welding And Which Cannot Subsequently Be Annealed, Such As The 321 Stainless Steel Flat Bar.
In welding at temperatures between 800°F and 1500°F, titanium added to the 321 stainless steel rods alloy reduces and prevents carbide precipitation. The titanium also improves the alloy’s properties at elevated temperatures.
Stainless Steel 321 Round Bar is a stabilized stainless steel grade, similar to grade 304. Welding rods made from stainless steel 321 are highly corrosion and oxidation resistant. Furthermore, the stainless steel 321 cold-drawn bar has high tensile strength and good creep resistance. Despite exposure to an aqueous medium, UNS S32100 Forged Bar tends to resist scale formation. The alloy is also resistant to aqueous corrosion.
Because of its Excellent Mechanical and Corrosion Resistance Properties, 321 stainless steel round bars are used in exhaust stacks, aircraft collector rings, carburetor air intensifier tubes, tubing, fasteners, flexible couplings, jet engine parts, exhaust manifests, mufflers, pressure vessels: flexible metal hoses and bellows.
When temperatures rise to 900 °C without losing strength, stainless steel 321 Round Bar Suppliers recommend using this alloy. The carbon content in grade 321H stainless steel is higher than in grade 321 stainless steel. Consequently, 321 spring steel bar suppliers recommend this grade to buyers whose equipment must withstand high temperatures without compromising its mechanical properties.
It is a limitation of Stainless Steel 321 Hollow Bars that Titanium does not transfer well across a high-temperature arc. Therefore, AISI 321 Square Bar should be something other than a welding consumable. Grade 347 can be stabilized by adding niobium, but the metal can be transferred across an arc.
Like other austenitic grades, Stainless Steel 321 Threaded Bar is excellent for forming and welding. It is readily rolled and exhibits excellent welding characteristics. Post-weld annealing is not required for this alloy. Ss 321 Hex Bars are also adamant, even at cryogenic temperatures. This particular grade of stainless steel needs to polish better, so it is not recommended for decorative applications.

Compared to most martensitic grades of stainless steel, F6NM has better weldability and basic corrosion resistance.
Composition – 13% Cr, 4.0% Ni, 0.5% Mo, 0.05% C (EN and ASTM standards differ in chemical composition).
In this grade, you will find the following characteristics:
Basic corrosion resistance against pitting and crevices
Sulphide stress cracking resistance is moderate
Heat treatment determines minimum yield strength (520 to 800 MPa in EN standard)
There are only two martensitic grades with guaranteed sub-zero impact toughness in EN pressure standards.
In comparison with other martensitic grades, this grade welds well. Heat treatment is still required before and after welding
F6NM is a martensitic stainless steel with a number of important enhancements. Molybdenum adds corrosion resistance. The low carbon content improves weldability and, combined with nickel, increases toughness. This grade is primarily used in the oil and gas industry.
These features are illustrated by the following applications:
Oil field equipment, hydro-electric turbine systems, pumps, chemical process plants, pressure die casting, valve bodies, flanges, valve seats.

Stainless steel F6NM Round Bar packaging
Tronixalloy.com focuses on ensuring quality in every step of the process. A surface wash and cleaning procedure is performed on AISI SS F6NM Round bars to remove all impurities. After that, the bars and rods are wrapped in thin plastic. A wooden box or container is used to package stainless-steel grade 422 bars with an outer rope to protect them.
