High Manganese Steel Plates Sheet, 12-14% Manganese Steel Plates Stockists in Mumbai, Manganese 12-14% Steel Sheets, 12-14% Manganese Wear Resistant Plate, Manganese Steel Plate Supplier in India.

Manganese Steel Sheets, 12-14% Manganese Steel Sheet Stockists in India, Manganese 12-14% Steel Plates Exporter, High Manganese Steel Sheet Supplier in Mumbai.

There are MANGANESE – 12-14 % PLATES, which are the steel sheets that have manganese content, and these plates are made of a high-grade manganese steel alloy, which is excellent in work hardening and is an excellent abrasion-resisting steel, and we at tronix alloys manufacture large quantities of these plates. As part of our manufacturing process, we make use of the highest quality tools and machinery, including plasma cutting, which is very effective in achieving fine, clean cuts, and we manufacture these plates in large quantities. Additionally, we are also traders of mechanical products, and we are one of the largest manufacturers of these products in the world, supplying various countries on a huge scale.

In order to produce these plates, the raw materials are sourced from the finest ores and refined by using highly capable working tools that are used in their manufacture. Steel plates undergo a variety of different processes as part of their processing. These steps involve cutting, forming, drilling, machining, and grinding. In all cases, these steps are carried out by advanced machines with the latest technology.

There are also prefabricated steel plates available from tronix alloys which are made to a very high standard of preciseness, which ensures that the plates are formed very precisely in accordance with the customer’s application for the formation.

There is 12-14 % of manganese content in these high manganese plates. They are austenitic types of steel and are not magnetic at all. Therefore, they are very suitable for use in the ‘were’ applications. When abrasion occurs in these situations, it can lead to work hardening by causing high-impact or gouging abrasion conditions. Manganese steel plates are able to harden when their surfaces are repeatedly exposed to impact or abrasion, and this can cause the plate to become hardened. Besides the fact that it is displaying a higher strength than its tensile strength, this steel can also exert a greater level of toughness that doesn’t come from the tensile strength of its material. It is able to absorb shock waves safely and it is also very ductile in nature.

We supply these plates all over the world in different conditions and conditions of supply, including water quenched under very high pressure over manganese steel, and we supply these plates all over the world. These steel plates are austenitic in structure and they are lacking the ability to be magnetic. These plates are supplied in a Brinell hardness range of up to 200HB, and they are accounted for when they are supplied. In the long run, these materials will become hardened following repeated use while increasing their hardness value up to 500 HB, which is considered a very high number when it comes to hardness values.

A good quality packaging option is provided by tronixalloy.com to their customers even in remote and hilly areas. The plates are provided in the form of cases, boxes or crates made of wood, metal, or steel. We are providing these plates in the form of manganese – 12-14 percent plates. These boxes can be constructed in any material you like. A thermoplastic or cardboard box is another option. These boxes are made with the dimensions of steel plates. The plates are then bundled together with nylon rope or any other type of material. A large amount of these plates are being delivered in bulk to various customers at different locations using huge vehicles. The documentation regarding the trade as well as the warranty and quality assurance documents are handed over to the client prior to the delivery of these plates to the customer.

There are several advantages to using manganese steel wear plates, such as the fact that they are highly abrasion-resistant, non-magnetic, and have deep hardness. The steel wear plates have maximum wear life as well as great toughness.

There are minimum yield strengths of 90ksi and tensile strengths of 132ksi on the plates. The manganese wear-resistant steel plate has 250HBW Brinell hardness. The material is mainly renowned for its work-hardening abilities and its resistance to scratching abrasion. These qualities make it popular under well-known names like Hadfield Manganese Plate.

With the manganese plates, the hardness of the pipes can be three to four times higher than in mild steel pipes. Depending on the customer’s requirements, we can provide manganese steel plates and sheets in thicknesses ranging from 1 mm to 5 mm as well as widths and lengths. We have experience using the ASTM A128 High Manganese Steel Plate in conveyors, truck beds, grizzly bars, and more. Please contact us if you are interested in learning more or receiving an accurate quote.

For the blast cabinet to last as long as possible, it is essential to properly line and seal it. Every shot blasting machine provides modification programs that allow for the expansion of the blast cabinet when production requirements change. All shot blasting machines need to be properly contained and have cabinet linings and wear plates in place to protect the cabinet and working components. In addition to expanding the work area, adding or relocating shot blast wheels, repairing wall and roof panels, and installing additional cast liners as needed, we can also install additional shot blast wheels.

We can supply in any size and thickness as per the customer’s requirements 11-14 % Austenitic Manganese Steel rolled plates and castings that have been shot peened for the lining. We can also provide Manganese Perforated Sheets in any size and thickness as per the customer’s requirements.

      MANGANESE ADVANTAGES

During the process of impact or compression on steel, the steel becomes harder and harder. Work hardening is a process that happens when the steel is impacted or compressed for a period of time. As the outer surface of the skin is impacted and compressed, it will harden to 550 BRINELL with continued impact and compression. The underlayer remains extremely ductile and tough, while the outer surface hardens. It is very important to note that as the surface wears out, it continually re-emerges itself and becomes harder. It should be mentioned that manganese steel is an austenitic steel which means it is non-magnetic. This property lets it be used in a variety of applications such as bottom plates used to lift magnets and shells for separator drums used for magnetic materials.

       ADVANTAGES

      • Abrasion resistance and impact resistance are two of their main features.
      • It will work harden quickly to 550BHN with no problem.
      • Maintains a ductile condition throughout the entire product lifecycle.
      • Graded according to Hadfield’s performance.
      • A welding process can be performed on the material.
      • In addition to not being magnetic, it also has other characteristics.
      • Optical fibers can be cut with a torch, a plasma, a water jet, or a laser as well as an oxy-acetylene torch.
      • For an extended service life, these products are manufactured to the highest industry standards.
